I think the overall experience for me was postive,because I had researched the sofa I wanted before I contact your company. My first choice was an Elite leather sectional I had seen at Bloomingdales in NY. The price was over $6000 on sale.I felt that was too expensive that's when I found the Omnia sofa. I first ordered the Omnia sofa from a website that was disreputable. Luckliy , my deposit on Amex was refunded. When I contacted you before I received my refund, your company seemed the best price and was BBB certified.I think the most postive aspects of dealing with your company is that you maintain good customer relations; you did not have to honor the orginial price you quoted me because you were no longer running that promotion at the time that I actually ordered, you answered every email I sent promptly-I never has to chase after you, and I felt confident througout the transaction. I really researched leather furniture, and while I am sure there are superior products out there, I think Omnia gives a lot of value for the money and looks likes it cost more that it does. Anyway, this was my experience. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and the experience I had dealing with you.
